‘Hi, my name is Leticia. I have been working with children since 2012 and have worked my way up from practitioner to manager role. I hold a Level 2 and 3 Childcare qualification, safeguarding level 3, first aider, self-regulation lead, health and safety lead, SEND diploma and much more. I have over 12 years of experience in childcare, working with children of all ages. I feel privileged to be able to watch and support children’s development, watching them grow and blossom into young individuals and working alongside parents and carers, building that great parent partnership. It is important to put a child’s emotional needs first, making them feel safe, secure and understood while in our care every day. I believe if there is a good input there will always be a good output.’

‘Hi, my name is Catarina. I am an enthusiastic teaching assistant who has worked in childcare since 2019. I hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification, First aid, Safeguarding Level 2, Designated Safeguarding Lead Level 3, Food Hygiene and Safety, Level 1 Autism awareness, Fire warden, De-escalating behaviour and many more. I have worked with children in EYFS, Key stages 1 and 2. I feel that when looking out for the children’s best interest, all children can learn something. Working with children has always been my passion, to be able to see their unique behaviour and reactions to the world around them. I have a natural aura that endears children to me helping build strong relationships with the child and parents/carers. I like listening to, encouraging, enabling and motivating children to learn. My aim when working with children is to ensure that children are happy, safe, and understood enabling them to engage with stimulating activities that can help their daily development. Having strong relationships with parents/carers is important to me so I am able to share the children’s progress and ‘wow’ moments.’
